Our fully-insured and licensed Precision Home Inspectors will provide you with a thorough, exhaustive inspection of your new home. Please click here to see if we are available in your area. We start on the roof and inspect everything right down to the basement, inside and out. We will do our absolute best to give you the information needed to decide whether your investment is structurally and mechanically sound. We will also point out future concerns, things that are functional now but may need repair or replacement in the future. Our inspectors will evaluate the roof by actually climbing onto the roof, as long as it is safely accessible and weather allows for it. There are some home inspectors out there who use binoculars to inspect your roof {in unsafe conditions we use high powered binoculars}.
