We had an inspection on 4/6/19 with Andy. Andy was extremely polite, kind, and incredibly thorough throughout his inspection. He was completely honest with us when discussing potential repairs and we felt he was extremely easy to talk to when raising our concerns. Andy also answered any and all questions we had, never making us feel silly for having certain questions (although some of them definitely made me feel silly before asking them). He was also extremely fast in getting the report over to us, literally the next day! Overall it was such a pleasure to work with Precision and we would recommend them to anyone in the process of purchasing a home! I would give 7 stars if I could!
