Precision got back to me on a holiday and booked an appointment the next week. Chris Letendre was incredibly thorough and informative. We were invited to follow him for the entirety of the 2 hour inspection. He checked the home top to bottom, under the deck, on the roof, in the attack, and every corner of the foundation inside and out. We learned a lot about the house we’re buying, what to fix, what to keep an eye on, etc; he talked us through it all. The report was generated and sent out via email the same day. We were referred to him by a close friend who happens to be a great real estate agent; our own broker/agent was very impressed and we’d absolutely recommend!
