WOW! What an experience from start to finish. From my initial call to schedule with Precision Home Inspections, to the confirmation call the night before service, the the inspection itself, this was by far the best service I have ever received from a Home Inspection Service. This is my 5th home inspection, but the first time working with Chad at Precision. The customer service was outstanding, and Chad was beyond thorough. He went through every nook and cranny of our new home and didn’t miss a beat. I had my two year old with us during the inspection and he was kind and impatient when she acted up or interrupted. Chris and his son were fantastic! As a first time home buyer, they were recommended and I will most definitely reccomend them again. Very professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and supportive. Chad did a home inspection on a house we were going to purchase. He was extremely thorough and explained in layman’s terms what he was looking for and his findings. My husband and I learnt so much. Everything looked pretty good other than a few minor things which were not deal breakers. As Chad was finishing, he asked us if we wanted the house checked for radon because we would be using the finished basement for an office. My husband and I did not even think about radon until Chad brought it up. We agreed to have it checked and were shocked a few days later to learn the house had a very high radon level. Although this could be repaired, we were not comfortable with this. We are forever grateful to Chad for suggesting the check for radon. When we find the right house, we will have Chad do the inspection. We highly recommend Chad and Precision Home Inspections.

I’ve had home inspections done in the past and it’s always been a mixed bag….with that being said, I had a fantastic experience with this company. Chad was the best! Super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Wouldn’t change a thing. Took the time to explanation everything and answer all my questions. Got my report a day later and it was very impressive! Chad Sawyer inspected our proposed purchase and was very thorough in every facet and detail of the premises. His report was provided punctually in less than 24 hours and was loaded with pictures and explanations of areas we needed to have corrected or maintained.
