Precision got back to me on a holiday and booked an appointment the next week. Chris Letendre was incredibly thorough and informative. We were invited to follow him for the entirety of the 2 hour inspection. He checked the home top to bottom, under the deck, on the roof, in the attack, and every corner of the foundation inside and out. We learned a lot about the house we’re buying, what to fix, what to keep an eye on, etc; he talked us through it all. The report was generated and sent out via email the same day. We were referred to him by a close friend who happens to be a great real estate agent; our own broker\/agent was very impressed and we’d absolutely recommend!<\/span><\/p><\/div> Top notch service !! This is the second inspection by Chris and Jeremy has performed for my son and thankfully The first inspection items that they brought to our attention was not the right house for my son .
