Chad was absolutely amazing, I would recommend him to anyone! First off he made an appointment within two days! Amazing! Then he showed up early and was ready to go, he had so much information he could be an historical museum tour guide. He checked every inch of the inside and outside, found issues I would never even think of, and gave recommendations to non issues that he saw just to improve the house and efficiency. His report came in the same night and was extremely thorough with ratings, explications, and detailed pictures. He is a sellers nightmare but a buyers savior.
