Fantastic job. Chad was extremely thorough and explained everything as he went. We really felt like he was working for us and giving us as much information as humanly possible. We were going in “blind” as the disclosures on the house were all “don’t know.” (Adult children selling the house for elderly mom in assisted living.) Chad walked us through the whole house showings what had been done, and when and why, and pointing out repairs that had been done particularly well or would need improvement. He report was equally thorough with pictures. We felt fully prepared to ask for repairs from the sellers, and prepared to keep our eye on some normal maintenance things when we move in. Chad really helped us to get to know the house, which will help us beyond our closing date.
