Tim Cabral

For nearly thirty years, Tim worked on the front lines of residential construction as a licensed general contractor.  Over a career spanning four decades in the trades, he has built, remodeled, and repaired just about every part of a house.  Today, he brings that hands-on craftsmanship and true “builder’s eye” to home inspections, shifting his focus from building homes to educating and protecting the people who buy them.

Tim’s history with the company spans more than 15 years through his wife Kathy, Precision’s long time office manager.  In April 2026, Tim and Kathy officially took the reins as the new owners of Precision Home Inspection, combining their industry knowledge and operational expertise, stepping up to lead the company into its next chapter of service.
