Brian is our newest addition to Precision. I did Brian’s home inspection about 4 years ago, he was so intrigued with the business he started researching the industry. With over 20 years in the HVAC field he was ready for a change. He called me a few years ago looking for job, I asked him all the questions that are required to become a home inspector [most have done some training and or testing] unlike most of the answers I receive when people are looking to get into the business Brian answered yes to everything and was ready to go. I also let him know it takes about another year to be fully qualified to meet our companies standards. He was willing to make the sacrifice and commit to being part of the Precision Team and it has paid off.
