Tim Cabral

Tim is the newest addition to our Precision staff. As a licensed general contractor for close to thirty years, Tim brings a “builder’s eye” to every home inspection. With a career spanning four decades in the construction trades, Tim has transitioned from building and remodeling homes to helping the people who buy them.

Tim is the husband of our office manager Kathy, so Tim really has been a part of the Precision family for over 15
years. They are the proud parents of Emily, Timothy, Jonathan and Matthew.
