Chad was amazing and went above and beyond what we ever expected as first time home buyers ! Suited up and even crawled into a very scary looking crawl space to make sure to give us every detail! He was very thorough and had a lot of detailed information about everything he seen in the home. He sent lots of pictures and a very detailed report in less then 24hrs!! We will recommend precision to every one who’s in need of a home inspector for sure !! 🙂
